Alexander Chepurnoy is developing software since 2003. Previously he was a core developer of Nxt cryptocurrency and a founding member of smartcontract.com, not to mention numerous other projects Alexander participated in.
He graduated from Saint-Petersburg National Research University ITMO and has few papers published in peer-reviewed Russian journals.
